Michele is extremely resourceful and talented. She has managed to restyle old rings into modern designs, transform a single earring into a pendant, repair a tricky watch, remove links from too large bracelets, and replace gemstones which had fallen loose from settings.

No shop would ever have managed all this, yet Michele does it all with prompt personal service and a smile!

In celebration of being married to Jacqui for an incredible number of years, I bought her a small emerald ring. The green stone goes great with her hazel hair! but I got the ring size back to front, and ended up with a ring so big, it flew off every time she talked! If you talk with your hands this is a big problem! Michele saved my bacon by taking the ring away to resize it so that it now fits Jacqui perfectly.
