Valuations for Jewellery

Written Jewellery Valuations

are a must these days for pieces worth £1000 or more . Most insurance companies insist on this and will quibble, offer half payment or no payment at all, if your valuation is more than 5 years old.

Free written valuations come with every bespoke piece I make, such as these below:

18CT GOLD WITH 10 DIAMONDS AND TRAPEZIUM OPAL

SILVER ENAMEL SCARAB RING. COLOURS HANDPICKED BY CUSTOMER

HANDPICKED YELLOW DIAMOND SURROUNDED BY CUSTOMERS OWN WHITE DIAMONDS. 18CT WHITE GOLD

If you have any old valuations needing an update or new precious stone jewellery pieces needing new valuations my charge is £100 per valuation. I don’t charge the !% or 1.5% you may have heard about, as this usually works out to be way too expensive or too inexpensive!

1. How do I know if my jewellery is worth more than £1000?

2. Where do I go to find out?

3. Where can I find a specialist jewellery insurer?

I’m your one stop shop for all these problems!

I can save you money, if you have several gemstone pieces that need written valuations by doing them altogether on one valuation at £80 per item.
